This is a boutique Business Law, Corporate Law, & Securities Law firm formed in 1998.  We are located in west-suburban Chicago, in DuPage County.  We represent clients who are entrepreneurs, small businesses, mid-sized businesses, private equity investors, and clients in the securities & futures trading communities.   We have clients in downtown Chicago, suburban Chicago, and on both U.S. coasts.

Nancy is a business attorney with 23 years of experience in incorporations, transactional law, corporate law, and securities law.  We boast training in excellence, accuracy and deal completion from a large, downtown Chicago law firm, folded into a small law firm setting, while focusing only on the needs of business clients.
